On the business side, we want our clientele to keep us in mind for additional business, plus volunteering testimonials and referrals. It all intertwines with our branding program.

Everyday examples pop up, whether in our networks or the news of those creating unfavorable memories on their behalf. When we heed the lessons, we realize how we can do better. A personal episode last night demonstrates that a person’s admirable career and life can quickly diminish by putting others in jeopardy within a few minutes.
On a more positive note, and one to consider over the weekend, is how we can each improve upon our communications to create favorable, long-lasting memories by leading in a manner that serves others.

The sales secret is to ask our prospective clientele many questions to understand what they seek and how to help resolve their issues. Next is to openly declare how you may help and what you cannot provide. Sure, it may kill a few sales, but overall, the business style and one’s reputation become well-admired by many.

Our everyday occurrences typically contain hidden lessons to heed and apply in public. Taking advantage of others rarely pans out well, if ever. It usually becomes slippery, putting one out of business and often in more precarious situations.
When businesspeople find an appropriate way to use their expertise to serve many, it becomes a more significant win. On the backend, the person striving to serve the public benefit builds an admirable personal brand, creates a positive branding program almost effortlessly, and often attracts new clientele plus unexpected opportunities.
