Putting The Puzzle Together

Suddenly the pieces fit!

Most entrepreneurs love the challenge of trying something new, and occasinally re-inventing their business.  It seems I not only fit into this category but reinvented myself as well.  When you take the time to look back upon where you began, to where you are today, and are headed into the future, a new perspective will be handed to you.  Your puzzle will begin to paint the picture for your future success.

It hit me recently that I transformed from a corporate sales environment where top producers never share what they found to work best, to a model that is completely the opposite.  I learned to share among others, promote one another, and to fully collaborate on projects so that we may all succeed.  As my business pieces developed separately, I would frequently hear, “Why are you doing that? It makes no sense.”  

As it turned out, everything you do upfront lays the foundation for building a better business.  Getting a grasp on my personal brand was key to moving forward.  Learning new strategies for business development to include marketing, writing, and many forms of media, took most of my time in order to implement everything correctly.   Next was learning to promote correctly, and finally, collaborating with others who also found this third step.  

When you are willing to continually self-educate as well as learn from others, the process becomes motivating and begins to speed up.  This is true whether you wish to Get the Sale or hear HIRED!  The best part is new opportunities are found through the collaboration.  Once you find the right group, additional collaborative offers appear becoming new pieces in your puzzle.  Thus your possibilities and opportunities multiply.  Your biggest decision becomes which to choose!

Once your current puzzle is complete, you create a larger one, headed for the future horizon and a very  Smooth Sale!
