Share the News for All to Use

Techno Echo I
The Good, Bad and Ugly

We all enjoy sharing our good news.  But what about sharing things that don’t quite shape up the way we expected?  Is it better to hide the fact our expectations fell short or should we share so our associates and friends do not make the same errors?

Going out on a limb, I bet no one has a perfect score for everything turning out 100%.  My belief is, if we were to be honest with ourselves and our networks, we would all advance far more quickly.

The bigger picture is when you honestly share, your integrity stands out serving to build your personal brand.  In turn, more people will recognize they can trust you which is  the key to selling or getting HIRED!  It is a known fact that for the majority of sales to take place, people need to know, like and trust you.  Prospects then easily convert to clients.  Over time, it’s the Relationship Building That Gets Results and develops respect.

Rather than being embarrassed about something not turning out right, view it as a learning experience and opportunity to do better.  By turning the thought process around, you will be far more inclined to find the Smooth Sale!
