The sales profession is highly competitive because each team member wants to be the one receiving recognition plus extra monetary bonuses. Teamwork, as it should be, hardly exists due to the competition underlying the profession.
Entrepreneurship elevates doing business to another level that encourages collaborative effort, partnerships, affiliate programs promoting others, and seeking to serve communities.
