What Do They Have in Common?

Wow!  I am Not a huge sports fan But the news about Giant’s pitcher Matt Cain and his remarkable no-hitter game last night had me cheering this morning!  He is one of the rare few who accomplished this feat.

Even more complementary is the fact that Cain is an all-around athelete.  Most pitchers, according to the article, do not hit or run well but he does.  He perfected his game – and this is where the similarity lies.

So introspectively now is the time to consider whether you have perfected your game.  Are you an all around star in your business or in your career?  Or, have you put off learning new ideas, strategies, tactics that will advance you to where you wish to be?

Should you be in the latter category, take quiet time to envision where you ultimately wish to be in the far off future.  Compile a list of milestones to complete that will head you in the right direction.  Next to the milestones place a completion date.  The goal setting and staying on track to complete are what will get you to that desired vision.  This is true for anything you want in life including the next career move or desirred clientele.

Becoming an all-around player is what will move you to the Smooth Sale!
