Compare and Contrast Traits with Effectiveness
As Alini explains, the comparison between hot and cold tea is that the hot beverage can leave a stain when spilled by accident, whereas cold tea is less likely to. Now consider cold leadership and its effects on others. A cold personality generally turns most people off, preventing solid teamwork and memorable experiences, and it lacks opportunities for returning and referring clientele.
On the other hand, a HOT leader is one who generally warms the minds and souls of others, encouraging them to consider their unique ideas and vision for achieving remarkable results. The warmth can be translated into passion that not only motivates others to achieve their goals but also attracts a broader audience. Being ‘HOT’ spreads warmth to others, who then begin to feel comfortable embracing their unique ideas and spirit to make unspoken desires their new reality.
Embrace the Impossible
Generally, many people at the start of their careers, up until their mid-point, face much ridicule and disappointment. Moreover, the creative thinkers are labeled ‘stupid’ and their ideas ‘impossible’. But it is those who embrace the seemingly impossible who become the HOT Leader, making their mark.
