You are working exceedingly hard to establish business or career. In doing so, you have made fabulous connections and grown your database substantially. Even more remarkable, is your continual devotion to growing an impressive list of followers. This is testament to your foresight and persistence in achieving your goals.

The question is:
How do you wish to handle all of your connections that built over time, in the case of eventual exit from your work?
The article went on to explain that each social media platform has a policy in place regarding stalemated accounts. At some point, generally speaking, the accounts will be removed. If you are one who spent time, and possibly money, building your online networks, you may wish to consider how to make the best strategic move before you exit from the effort.
Do you have heirs, or are you involved with an organization that can benefit from your connections?
Should you answer be, “yes”, then you may wish to explore options of how to include them on your settings page. You may also wish to consult with counterparts and possibly an attorney for the best options if this is of serious consideration for you.
Eventual exit from current endeavors will be different for each, but is a reality for everyone. Being prepared is key for all you do. And it is the preparation that leads to the Smooth Sale!
