Do you ever take your eye off of your game?

 

No matter what you desire, whether hearing HIRED! during an interview, or a client saying SOLD! during a presentation, you need to keep your goals with you at all times.

However, your goals should not be ahead of those of your prospects or prospective employer.  They should be complementary with theirs.  When you can find a way to communicate your message that you are equally in sync, then you will have a far greater success rate for acquiring the job or developing new business.  You must always build relationships that get results as detailed in my book, Nice Girls DO Get the Sale.

I’m now writing a new book and am including stories of a few special people in my life who are very inspiring.  Upon reading their words, I recognized their hopes and dreams never diminished because they knew in their hearts they would always succeed by remaining focused.

Having persevered, my associates are now headed for a very Smooth Sale!
