How often do you express appreciation?

We have so many opportunities in life to express appreciation, whether on a job interview, meeting with a potential client, or visiting friends, but they are often overlooked.  The person aware of these opportunities is the one who will hear HIRED!, gain the sale or the loyalty of others.

Upon walking into an office, and saying hello and thank you as appropriate, to all those you encounter, will provide you with the advantage.  After the meeting, sending a quick email as well as sending a handwritten note of thanks, with your phone number included, will put you ahead of the crowd.  And when someone does you a big favor, it’s always nice to reciprocate with an acknowledgement such as lunch or a small gift.

Given the uncertainties many of us are facing cause some to lose sight of the imortance of appreciating others in our lives.  A simple email …thinking of you… works well too.  All of these ideas lead to strengthening your relationships and building loyalty along with business in regard to repeat business, referrals and testimonials.

Showing appreciation is your ticket for a Smooth Sale!
