Strengthening Connections
Do you maintain a database to have all of your connections available? For selling anything whether to attract a new client, keep in touch with the current one or maintain career transition information, your best move is to maintain an up to date system that is easily accessible.
Every once in a while I reconnect with someone whom I met in the early years of building business. We pick the conversation up as if we just spoke yesterday. For example, last month a friend from the past posted one of my videos on social media without me ever having to ask. This week, another past associate and now friend, picked up the phone to ask how she could help with my April 27 Event, An Evening of Inspiration, “Be Inspired to Get HIRED!”

Likewewise, I listen eagerly for the updates of my associates so that I may promote or introduce them where applicable. In fact I just did that moments ago. Without the database it would be far more difficult to make introductions or remember important details of previous conversation.
