Relaxed. Happy and Ready for Business

This came to mind upon receiving an email from Helen Kerrison, TV Show Host of Live the Life You Love. She spoke to me as a very good friend during our lively 60 minute television show. Helen confided she was so relaxed and looking forward to our conversation (we had previously met in France) that the typical show host – guest roles were foregone. Believe it or not, many make it difficult for others to do business with them. They are never happy sounding or seem to be in full control of what they are there to do.
