Attract the Right Job or Clientele
Note: The following guest blog represents a story regarding a badly needed service and the people who put it into action. We met through social media, and I was surprised by how similarly we think. Accordingly, ConvertiCulture agreed to write a blog and share their insights.

Tanya’s Story
It’s funny how, with experience, comes wisdom and passion. Wisdom teaches us to know better, and inspiration gives the power to do something about it. As the CEO of Starbucks Howard Schultz once said, “In anything we do, an endeavor, it’s not what you do; it’s why you do it”.
A Win for All
While sitting in Starbucks having coffee and trading stories of company closures, restructures and at other times, just leaving poor working environments, myself and my business partner knew why we wanted to start ConvertiCulture. We believe in work environments that benefit everyone.
ConvertiCulture helps passionate leaders of growing companies save money by reducing employee turnover, operational costs, and ultimately to create raving fans. We partner with clients to solve business issues with a culture first approach.
Differentiators
We didn’t want to be the traditional firm that parachutes in, tells leaders what they’re doing wrong, then give a two-hour motivational workshop and is never seen again. We saw the need for a firm that would work with leaders from the inside out. We’re here to be different, and we’re here to stay.
These Ventures Also Experience Struggles and Sacrifices
You really must lay out your priorities and include what you’re willing to sacrifice. As for myself, I had to work a part-time job to keep me going. My business partner sacrificed everything and gave himself a year to get going. Of course, there are more struggles than financial. With the internet, a company’s reach is endless. So much information and so many businesses out there, it takes continuous adapting.
To get the first client is a challenge for many new start-ups as it was for us. With all the various services available, we extended our arms out via different avenues. Filling the pipeline of possibility is where you need to stay the course and keep after more business until your contacts build further.
We’re Proud of Many Accomplishments
Almost a year later, still in start-up mode, we have made many wonderful relationships. We’ve identified opportunities for organizations to improve their recruiting processes, employee engagement, and personal development programs. We have worked onsite and also used technologies such as webinars to facilitate workshops and training.
We are most proud of our ConvertiHire A-Z recruiting program for small business. Our flagship program can be taken by business owners and start-up founders via the self-paced online course or as a customized program for an individual organization.
A Strong Company Culture Has Robust Value.
We know the value that working with ConvertiCulture can have on a business that wants to leverage their culture to improve their profits, customer experience and, of course, the employee experience. Everyone deserves to be happy at work including employees, management, and business owners.
We work together to convert company culture so that everyone is excited to come to work.
