Are You Guilty of Over-committing?
A familiar theme is recognizing that there are two sides to most situations, and we must stop, look, and listen for possibilities for changing our habits. Do You Realize the Many Virtues Of Humanizing Your Brand?
Thinking of a company as a faceless, almost static entity is effortless. That’s because while we may use their services, we are unlikely to feel a personal connection to a brand as if it were an interpersonal relationship. While brand loyalty can be essential to foster for some companies, they are always keenly aware that this loyalty takes years to build and seconds to destroy.
Moreover, as more and more businesses seek to game the algorithm, use AI to become more efficient, integrate the most stringent copywriting practices designed to wow and motivate you, and publish the sleekest, most exciting video content, these efforts can drown amid a sea of every other business doing the same thing. Accordingly, our collaborative blog offers insights into the question, Do you realize the many virtues of humanizing your brand?

What Can History Teach Us?
Growing up, I couldn’t grasp the forever motto, ‘History Repeats Itself.’ As a child, it didn’t make sense to me, as I would wonder why anyone would want to repeat what doesn’t correctly end well, personally, professionally, and within society.
When we realize what isn’t working from any stance, we must figure out the ‘why’ to take the correct action to fix it. Doing the same old never produces the desired results and can sometimes take an organization down the drain. The question becomes, what can history teach us?
Are your actions helping to resolve issues?
The life cycle includes good and bad days, and the outcomes rely heavily on actions helping to resolve issues. But it isn’t always easy and often fits into categories of nerve-wracking or desiring to quit. Accordingly, we need to reflect on whether our actions help to resolve issues or harm business growth and personal connections.

Face-to-face interactions offer so much more than digital communications. Aside from expressing yourself clearly during presentations, you can dig deeper into the topic. So, the talk will carry more meaning.
We Cannot Predict Our Outcomes
It’s essential to remember that we cannot predict our outcomes. Accordingly, when something unusual comes to mind, I try it to see what may happen. Sometimes, the effort appears a waste of time to others, but for me, I strive to reap the lessons from the episode.
The word ‘episode’ can be likened to any television series. The plot begins with innocence, and the characters learn to cope and advance past setbacks. Growing a business or seeking to advance a career is no different; the winning strategy is to seek to learn from every incident. The process enables us to grow personally and professionally.
Do You Welcome Obstacles to Overcome?
Advising someone to be fearless is easy. However, with the many obstacles we each face, it becomes necessary to step up to the fact they will not fade away but instead continue. The dilemma begins if we give up; nothing resolves, but if we continue, it may be a highly challenging road ahead. The question becomes, Do you welcome obstacles to overcome?

Feeling sorry for ourselves accomplishes little, but when we are willing to dig deep to comprehend ‘what just happened fully,’ we can take those learning points and use them to advance.
