Over time, I learned that there is a huge benefit to being nervous prior to an important event. An adrenaline rush takes place similar to consuming a large amount of coffee. It allows for a quick mental replay of everything that is of high importance to the person with whom we are to meet.

By the time we walk in with head held high, we know we are on our game. The confidence may be seen in face, voice and vocabulary. It may also be heard as delivery of information is provided. And by adding a smile, the enthusiasm for what is being said becomes contagious. Next, the sale is made or the speech is received with applause.  I was one to learn when your raise your positive mindset frequency, we can dramatically improve results.

  5. Tell your reflection the highlights of your past success.
  6. Also tell your reflection why you are the one to be selected.

  8. Conduct any last minute research you recognize as needed.
  9. Say, one more time, “You can do this,” raise your positive mindset frequency, and then Do It!
  10. Celebrate Success!
