Attract The Right Job Or Clientele:
Once again, a social conversation brought up an essential question for personal and business goals, ‘Do you answer this before making serious decisions?’
Over the years, some of us learned to take an occasional calculated risk in trying something new while others stand back with uncertainty or fear. Yet other people are known to make quick determinations before thinking a situation through from both sides of the argument.
The matter is more essential today, as scams are rampant. We need to protect our resources to move steadily forward without harm or regret. After receiving a suggestion, an offer for us to partner, or the possibility of purchasing a service, we need to answer this question more than ever before making a serious decision.
My Story
It’s vital to keep in mind that every decision has two elements to research, and they are the pros and cons for moving forward. Accordingly, all associated aspects are necessary for consideration. It’s essential to come to terms with why we are somewhat reluctant to proceed. Potentially research the dilemma too, and only then arrive at an educated answer.
Another essential factor is to embrace that your life is about you and those close to you. Keep this in mind to avoid ending your endeavor or mentally beating yourself up for not knowing enough before making the decision.
Repeatedly, throughout my career history, the infamous words are,
‘That will never work, and you will lose what you have.’
On the opposite side of the dilemma are the following thoughts:
‘What if I listen and don’t do it? What will I lose then?
Before making serious decisions, my one question quickly transformed into,
‘What is the worst that can happen?’
Those who allow fear to enter their landscape can quickly answer what the worst may be over time. However, by asking for the worst, we also need to be asking, ‘What is the best potential outcome?’ As we answer the last question, it becomes easier to make the final decision for moving forward.
Although it may be difficult during turbulent times, we should remember that our best friend resides within each of us. We can trust ourselves to do what’s right and put an all-out effort to make a new project or strategy succeed against all odds. We are also to remember that we routinely recreate statistics for the better. By facing the new challenge, we can surpass them once again. Business requires we continue to put out an extraordinary effort to witness success at the end of the dark tunnel.
‘At the end of our darkest tunnel, we experience our brightest light.

Your Story: Do You Answer This Before Making Serious Decisions?
It’s safe to say that almost everyone has made a serious error on their journey in finding success. By weighing the pros and cons and answering, ‘what’s the worst that can happen?’ you will attain the insight you need.
1. There are always more factors that we need to research than we care to admit. First and foremost, we have to consider the time and money requirements upfront.
2. Will the extra endeavor complement what is already in place for a more powerful overall effect?
3. Will our audience and clientele be happy with the change, should it be significant, or will they back away?
We previously wrote about two essential factors for remaining business, that of time and money. https://smoothsale.net/where-is-your-business-money-really-going/
If one does not spend both wisely, there will be a need to shutter the establishment, take down the website, and inform employees of the situation. It’s essential to keep an eye on where the money goes.
Numerous factors contribute to making a solid decision, and may include:
· Resources available
· Employee support
· Client acceptance
· Contribution to the overall branding effort
· Excitement about the possibilities for an excellent outcome
Whether a vast project ahead or simply testing a strategy, no matter the endeavors, it most likely will not work out well unless the enthusiasm and energy are present while working on the new idea. Passion and purpose are also essential ingredients for achieving what you set out to do.
As you lay out your plan and slowly begin to achieve small baby steps on the long road ahead, always have the final result in mind. What will be the significance of achieving what you have in mind, and will you include others in the celebration? Should employees be a part of the picture, then conjure up a celebration theme they will enjoy and keep it in mind each day to maintain your enthusiasm moving forward.
Keep reminding yourself that anything is possible with the right mindset and focus. Each evening recap the day’s events for what went well and what needs adjusting. Make it a habit that you will examine in detail the reasons for and against moving forward before making a serious decision. By being vigilant with what you want to achieve, the odds are in your favor that you will succeed!
