Are you firing on all cylinders?
In other words, have you laid out all of the possible paths your business can take and made a plan of how you may easily implement each of these? In the beginning years, this is a daunting task and you wonder how it will ever get done. But step by step and year by year you will be amazed at what you are able to accomplish when you methodically approach your plan.
The other tip is to add a minimum of one service or product each year to your repertoire. Each addition must be complementary to the others already in place. By laying out the multiple streams of income (I read of this years ago in marketing materials), you are able to market to a much wider audience, and many more prospects will enter your sales funnel.
Once again, when you change your mindset from “It’s too difficult” to “Let’s see what I can do next” – you will close more sales. Most importantly, each will be a Smooth Sale!
