Calendar Strategies
Most people are guilty of occasionally forgetting an appointment whether for work, career, or personal arrangements. The calendar alone on the mobile phones, in my opinion, is worth the investment.
A couple of months ago, I missed an appointment but recognized the better way to go. I now put every single appointment both personal and business related on the mobile phone calendar.
Occasionally you might have a recurring appointment. The phone allows you to put those in too, in one setup step. It even allows exceptions such as omitting the time on a holiday.
An additional tip is to add an alarm prior to the meeting for those you cannot afford to miss.
