Holiday Gatherings

As this might arise for you, consider focusing on the better qualities of the one who annoys you the most. When in conversation, try speaking on the topic the two of you may best agree upon. By accommodating their needs, even though it may not be reciprocated, at the very least the time spent together will be more pleasant. And as appropriate, excuse yourself politely to move on to someone you enjoy more.
On a side note, should new acquaintances join you, it’s quite possible one may be a connection for your entrepreneurship or next job interview. Modeling professional behavior will make a positive impression and bring about a possible offer.
Stephen Colbert provided a couple of portrayals on his Comedy Central show, you may wish to search for it to find humor in all of this as well!
Folowing the above tips and spending the majority of time with those you enjoy will seem as if the holidays are a Smooth Sale!
