The Nice Girls Leadership Approach
In speaking with women leaders the last few days, I recognized what they all have in common as far as the Nice Girls Leadership Approach goes. They work to improve the lives of others as well as themselves.

Their own businesses took years to blossom due to the slower approach of including community service into their plan. But, now that they have matured in business, their model is taking off as it were on an adrenaline high.
The other component that stood out from most everyone else is their mindset to generosity in offering help, accommodations, referrals, and boosting the businesses of others. Doing so has attracted even more attention, from many more people, further fast-tracking their own business. The same philosophy easily applies to the job hunt as well.
Working the Nice Girls approach to build relationships leads to a sound personal brand and almost seemingly automatic branding and marketing effort combined. Needless to say, these female entrepreneurs are now enjoying the Smooth Sale!
