The past two weeks have seen my city, neighborhood and/or just my computer lose power. The consequences were lost files and email. Luckily though the losses were temporary due to my back-up service called ITOK.com and my husband knowing how to reinstall the software when the computer hard drive could no longer tolerate the outages.
