4.  Share your knowledge freely

Rather than upsell tidbits of information, share freely.  This is your marketing / branding program providing examples of how you approach business.  Unexpected opportunities arise by being seen and heard.  By attracting prospects, they contact you and this is when the sale flows nicely.

5.  Teach what you learn

Reflecting back on what worked best, use the knowledge as a vehicle to help others and reach more people.  Involving community makes your brand stronger and encourages further business including additional referrals.
