Showcasing Your Personal Brand

Today proved to be a first – I wrote the owner of a company that he far and above employs the nicest people.  Needing to conduct research for his project, several employees provided history, friendly conversation, as well as assistance in connecting me with the right person for further insight.  It almost felt as if we each parted as friends.

It occurred to me that this is a true reflection on the owner’s personal brand.

As entrepreneurs, do you employ part-time or full time help?  Do they interact with your clientele, and are you certain they do so as an extension of you?  

Mirroring the way in which you conduct business is essential for your personal brand to be noticed and for developing your business brand.  As a job seeker, should you choose a recruiter, you will have better “luck” if that recruiter truly represents you in demeanor and style.  

Be of the mindet when interacting with others, that you see a true connection with the reliability factor  in tact.  Doing so eliminates confusion among intended clientele, and serves to increase attention and sales.  

The warmth of others in your employ will encourage repeat business, referrals and testimonals – the definition of the Smooth Sale!
