Most often when a technical issue arises, I get annoyed with the lack of reasonable customer care. It usually goes downhill when technology is involved. The question, “Don’t you know?” annoys me. If I did know, I wouldn’t be asking for help!

My Story
Realizing the need for a database, extra insight was required for ease of use. I was not looking forward to the call. The customer service representative suggested using Zoom technology to see as well as hear the instruction. My goal was to learn how to put the Pipeliner Database System to good use. Ten clicks were required for each account, but the clicks didn’t work the first time or on the fourth try.
The expense of a poorly functioning system lacks value. But the more significant drain is on time, money, and resources. Had the original robust version been purchased, a monetary drain would not be an issue. On average there were twelve sales reps in each office across the country. A similar arrangement was true for countries abroad. By the time data was entered, each rep was clicking at least twenty times per new account.
Multiplying the time wasted by the total number of representatives worldwide, profits drained big-time. And the experience cut the time needed for clientele. Instead of having company savings, clients were frustrated and went elsewhere.
