What is a major key in attracting more sales?
This is the question frequently asked of me, and one answer begins the entire dialogue:
“Deliver what your prospects and clients want and need.”
First thing this morning, two different organizations admitted they were struggling with this. In fact, upon request, I am in need of making adjustments in my soon-to-be published book. My response was,
“Your suggestions will be implemented in order to sell more books.”
Being defensive only puts others off and kills the relationship. As long as requests of others are within reason, you are best off communicating you are in alignment and will do what it takes to get the job done. This also goes to your marketing message that your customer service policies are impeccable and will help to spread good word of mouth. In turn, your clients will reward you with repeat business, referrals and testimonials.
When you are of the mindset of speaking to your clientele’s interests, your business development will soar and you will always experience the Smooth Sale!
