The Sale is in the Preparation

A major differentiator for either losing or obtaining the sale is the preparation done ahead of time.  On interviews, hiring managers may ask about your work ethic while as an entrepreneur, the work ethic better be a darned good one!

The steps for both are to decide with whom you wish to work, research possibilities of reaching your intended, researching specifics, and then fine tuning your information to the other party’s needs. Performing these steps well will be the basis for an excellent relationship.

During your meeting, ask pertinent questions regarding what you learned in your research, what’s currently on their mind, and where they are headed.  The careful preparation will lead you to the Smooth Sale!
