Does Your Work Adequately Represent You?

In conversation with many younger people, it appears they are dissatisfied with the career path they have chosen.  Some will remain as employees choosing to interview for an improved position elsewhere in the New Year, while others are seriously considering entrepreneurship.

No matter which direction one chooses, there must be reward of some sort somewhere in the process.  You fulfill a passion, your work is highly regarded by others, and/or a monetary reward comes your way.  Without any of this, it’s difficult to be energetic let alone attract interest in you or what you have to offer.

Over the next few days of more relaxed living, take time to contemplate your next steps.  Do you wish to begin a business, further your business or interview for a new job?  Time and money are the two biggest factors to be considered.  Values comes next in aligning yourself with the right people.  And the last question is will your next steps re-energize you to do your best in whichever direction you head?

In the end, it is your energy and enthusiasm that will get you not only the itnerview but the job or your desired clientele.  Whichever direction you do take, these tips are designed to help make yours a Smooth Sale!
