Create A Rewarding Year

While we are still in the holiday frame of mind, there are a few days left to be certain 2015 turns into the year you desire.  The following steps will guide you to adapting a program that will work year after year.

New Year – New Ideas

Many of us awake with new ideas in our heads, but only a small percentage act upon them.  The more willing you are to commit to trial and error, the more likely you will be to hit an award winner.  Which new idea keeps returning to your mind?

This would be the one to tackle first.  Commit a small portion of your time, each day, to working with it.  See if the idea develops as it should and what becomes of it as it fully blossoms.  You just might be on to something big!

Create A Plan

How much time will you devote to your new idea, and is there a safety plan in place to make up for lost time should one day be too hectic?

As far as you know, what are the related subject matters involved of which you need to educate yourself?  Will, there be an expenditure involvement, and do you have the money set aside; if not, how will you obtain it?

Team

Most often the more successful have counterparts with whom they may confidentially share ideas, brainstorm, and improve upon the original idea.  They may even partner or collaborate on the project in order to more easily see it through to completion.

Implementation

Monitor how all aspects are working, and tweak those that need improvement.  Are you happy with the outcome?  Should your answer be ‘yes’, then consider how you may develop complementary products and services for a more complete offering.

Career Advancement

For those advancing their career, the same applies to ways in which you approach interviews and new jobs.  What would you truly like to do in your new career?

Create a plan of action with added education included.  Brush up your skills, and tighten the areas where you believe you aren’t quite as strong in order to add them to your list of strengths. If you are currently employed, use a portion of your lunch hour and evening to enhance what you already know, and connect with those who might be able to make introductions.

Business and Career

By focusing on exactly what you do want, and being of the mindset you will make it happen, magic occurs and in the process, wider prospective audiences become attracted to you and your admirable personal brand.  Believing in yourself will make it seem as if it were always a Smooth Sale!
