- How does the training program work and are employees compensated while in training?
- Sales reps in particular should ask to meet others on the team. Offer to go offsite for coffee and pay in exchange for the truth about the company.

- Take all interviews offered for the practice.
- Interview with competitors to gain a better insight for the industry
- Go in with a smile on your face, and wear your favorite outfit to look confident.
- Think positively, and let the hiring management know you are interested.
- If you do not have a good feeling, write a nice thank you note afterward. State you while you don’t believe it’s a good match for you, you wish them well.
- If it’s a good match then there is negotiation to pursue regarding terms proving to be the right time to create a new career.
