Is Your Effort Worth It?
Many times, we work so hard and long, we begin to second guess ourselves and then ask, “Is this all worth the effort?”
There are a number of factors to consider:
1. Are you happiest when you are working on your endeavor?
2. Do you occasionally receive surprise praise, offers, and/or connections that you previously would never have expected?
3. Does it feel as if you have gained a lot from the experience?
Answering “Yes” to the above questions will lead you to answering “Yes” your effort IS worth it! There are always frustrating moments, It’s natural to wonder if you will ever begin adding money to your bank account, and have concern of whether you are viewed as knowing what you are doing. But the perseverance, continued growth of long-term vision, and achieving milestones for getting to that vision will help you maintain your stride, and get you to your long distant goal. Your career will flourish as will your business.
Continually striving in this manner will one day lead you to the Smooth Sale!
