Has A Client Ever Invited You to Lunch?

A wonderful story was relayed of how “Denise” worked with her client or many years.  Loyalty was built in during that time because of the care Denise provided.. 

Upon reconnecting with the client, Denise first heard that he went through tough times once again and had to lay off most of his employeesf.  He was going to have to sell his property to possibly rent a small office space.  The story was not sounding so good, but he continued.

The client relayed he had been an entrepreneur for over 30 years and has seen ups and downs in the marketplace many times over so this wasn’t anything new.  He would just start all over again.  But, the one bright spot was the small restaurant next door to his current location that had a great chef.  And to Denise’s surprise, her client said, “and the next time you come to visit me,I will treat you to lunch there!  After lunch we will consider what else you are selling as I love the service you and your company provide.”

Remaining focused on what truly needs to be done and showing care in the process is what will lead you to a Smooth  Sale!
