Have you had to change direction?

Today’s question is of a topic that affects many whether career related or entrepreneurs building business, let alone the general population.  The real question behind the first is, how the change is handled as this is what will determine future outcomes.

During the tougher years, people took any job just to have some income going but the position was met with much frustration.  Past and current experiences are being examined as well as new desires and accordingly so is charting a new vision for what’s next.  The same is true for business.  Entrepreneurs and larger companies, too, had to scale back, do what was immediate but not necessarily what was desired on the owner’s part.

The steadfast theme is to maintain a very long-term vision, a solid plan for getting there, and belief you will survive and become highly successful.  The belief in your success needs to remain steadfast.
