Joy + Motivation = Success!
In your past experience, have you ever had a job that you dreaded? If so, it probably wasn’t much fun getting up in the morning nor was it likely you felt success was headed your way. As a beginning stage entrepreneur, I carefully listened to sage advice of “find the passion in your work”.
Looking back, finding the passion or joy was the among the best advice ever received. It applies to everything we do – career and interviews, business, community. When we are happy, we are motivated to continue learning to move forward. Moving forward, we find new accomplishments. And the new accomplishments encourage us to continue our endeavors thereby delivering further joy.
The offshoot of this phenomena is that the process attracts increased attention from potential employers and clients. Joy in our work speaks volumes almost as if it were our sales and marketing campagin, and the motivated dedication does the same for developing your personal brand.
Joy, Motivation and Success are a circular a circular motion feeding into one another. The place to begin is to first find your joy ~ all of which leads to the Smooth Sale!
