Is Your Prospective Client Over the Edge?

Upon reviewing featured tips in my book, Nice Girls DO Get the Sale, I was reminded of a great question to ask of a prospective client or employer who isn’t quite certain you are “the one“.   Simply ask, “What do you need to know about me or my company that will put you over the edge to say “Yes!”?

By asking the question, you begin to have a heart-to-heart conversation that no other person in your space can touch.  We each have a unique DNA and once you get into the mind and heart space of their other person, there is no competition.  Caring about your client-to-be builds a solid, long-term relationship.  Your percentage of sales will soar.  The only caution is to remain genuine so that business is yours the first time as well as many times after.  

Working in this manner differentiates you from everyone else.  The unique you is your personal brand.  It is also the basis for developing your branding and marketing messaging thereby attracting far many more potential clients.

Consistently delivering upon the customer service you promise will encourage repeat business, referrals and testimonials.  Likewise, upon interviewing for a job and hearing HIRED! it is a given to deliver upon your talent originally expressed.  Going beyond will further your career.

Putting your prospective client over the edge will place you on the wave of the Smooth Sale!
