Be Empowered with the Right Vision!
This past week I had the pleasure of being in the company of incredible women at the Powerful Women International Convention hosted in New Orleans.
My keynote centered on Belief, Vision and Plan which brought rave testimonials. However, it was the women with whom I became acquainted that empowered me.
For example, Ella Waldrup lost her son due to illness that could not be cured. She turned her grief into a foundation and is now building a children’s hospital in South Africa and a center for parents to stay while they comfort their loved ones. She is similarly doing the same in the U.S. Alpha Buie is a teacher by training. She was horrified when her best friend’s child was killed on the street. She is now in the process of creating her 501C. In the meantime is teaching those associated with Juvenile Hall the skills they need for a better life. These two women fervently hold their belief, vision and the plan.
Whether you have had a disaster in your life or are interviewing or an entrepreneur, the concept of helping mankind is the same. When you embrace the power within you and hold a bigger vision for how you may make this a better place for others, your rewards become exponential. Take the time to contemplate what you want from your next career move or your future business.
Your marketing is communicated for you, more people learn of you and will pitch in to help you and those you seek to help. Business development becomes easy and fulfilling unlike those nasty cold calls most people dislike enduring. When you focus on the greater good, you attract more clients and a Smooth Sale every time.
Put your mindset on becoming the leader you envision. Together we can make this world a better place to live.
