Convert Prospects and Friends into Clients
After two difficult years for everyone, it seems the floodgates are beginning to open. Upon sending my most recent Sales Tips ezine, people I met eight years ago contacted me requesting a phone conversation. Some are interested in my Business Retreat custom designed for entrepreneurs, others in the new Video Technology described, and my continued activity with HIRED! and Teaching how to Sell Yourself On Interviews were the topics that received the most attention.
As I reflected back on the time passing since many of these friends, prospects or previous associates and I connected, the bigger picture appeared bolder than ever. It is the relationship building and marketing-communication through the years that serve as business development vehicles to convert prospects into clients, or prospects into hiring managers into offering the job you desire. My friends asked me for appointments and I know they will be registering for my events.
