How to position yourself to win the job or sale
All sales, including career moves, begin with looking at the big picture. Speaking for yourself, upon an interview, what is the highest level capability you bring to the table? As for selling products and services what is the largest offering or are the multiple possibilities you have for a client?
Ask yourself why are your answers important to the company or person about to be sold? How will your answers solve their problems?
Branding comes next. How do you uniquely provide your solutions or capabilities? Assuredly many others offer the same but you have a unique twist, have you discovered it yet? It is your uniqueness that is your brand, and when well developed, will enable you to make the sale plus establish many more.
Developing your answers and crafting them well will enable repeat business, referrals, testimonials and the Smooth Sale!
