Revitalize Old into New Strategies
Everyone tells us content is king and many entrepreneurs have created original content through the years. The question is, where does your content from earlier years sit today? Is some out of date, is the technology no longer used, or, is it possible to revamp to convert into our modern times?
For example:
– Past articles may be assembled into a kindle book for little cost
– CDs no longer in demand may convert to iTunes
– Old booklets may still be mostly valid requiring only a small percentage to be updated
It’s a pity to let your original content be ignored. Prioritize what you believe will be the most beneficial to your audience and begin with that project. Update, refine and renew. You will gain renewed momentum on that venue and encourage new interest in the remainder of your business.
And for those returning to the work world, ask the younger generation what needs to be done to revamp your resume, how they apply online and what techniques they use to get called in for interviews.
